Working with Cruise Planners, specifically Kristi Goodman, is fantastic! I received emails from Cruise Planners that helped me make sure I had all documents and things organized. Kristi set up times to speak on the phone and helped me select excursions and answered all of my questions. My vacation to Nashville was so much fun & the accommodations were excellent. Our hotel offered exactly what we asked for. With 3 adults & 1 that snores, we wanted a door in between the 2 bedrooms. We had a large balcony that overlooked the street. Thank you for finding a great hotel. They also had a hot breakfast buffet every morning. Nashville was great & the tours were amazing. Easiest way to plan travel! I gave a range of dates that my family could travel, the approximate budget, and let the planner do the rest! I was very pleased with the cruise which was my first with Oceania. The entire staff were wonderful, very polite and accommodating, always smiling. The experience was unlike other cruises I've taken. Dining facilities were very nice, the food variety amazing and quality very good. There were several lounges with live music every afternoon until late in the evening.
